Creating & Managing Wealth, LLC. has clocked more than 8,000 volunteer hours.

All representatives of Creating & Managing Wealth, LLC. volunteer a minimum of one hour per week tutoring children and assisting educators in the public schools.

Christina Gears served as chair for the Spence MS CCAC for 8 years.

Christina was chair of the DISD School-to-Work Advisory Committee of which she was a member for 4 years.

Christina created "Straight Talk," a weekly program that addresses the challenges of "at risk" teenagers. This program was successfully completed for 5 years at Comstock Middle School and 3 years at Spence Middle School.

In 2005, Christina Gears served as the chair of the investment committee for the Dallas Women's Foundation (DWF), managing over nine million dollars of the Foundation's endowment.

Ms. Gears currently serves as president of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Education Foundation (CF/B EdF),

Christina Gears recently pioneered the inaugural luncheon for the Irving International Women's Consortium.
